We will add important holiday dates related to transportation carriers as they become available from our partners. Please check back weekly for updates as information is provided by our carrier partners. In the meantime, you can reference last year’s key carrier dates here as they are a good benchmark for this year.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding peak season, please contact your account manager or our Customer Care Team.
On-time outbound fulfillment is our top priority during peak season. To that end, we are implementing the following process modifications. Dates are approximate and subject to change.
Inbound (ASN) Deliveries: Please prepare well ahead of holiday shipping to ensure you have sufficient inventory levels in warehouses for fulfillment. Generally, the last inbound delivery appointment before Black Friday will likely be on November 18th (subject to change and dependent on facility location). Appointment slots for inbound shipments are limited, assigned on a rolling basis, and fill up quickly. We strongly recommend scheduling in advance. See the Receiving Guide for compliant delivery instructions to avoid delays.
Value-Added-Services (VAS) and Special Projects: From approximately November 18th through the end of December, we will be conducting value added services and special projects on a limited basis. We will make our best effort to accommodate these projects but cannot guarantee availability. Please plan accordingly.
Many fulfillment centers operate on modified schedules during the holiday season. December dates are subject to modifications based on volume and customer need.
Given the ongoing industry-wide supply chain constraints and delays, it is crucial to plan ahead for holiday shipping. We do not recommend relying on carrier cutoff dates as you have in previous years. Transportation networks will be extremely busy and we recommend planning a buffer period to ensure timely holiday shipping.
